This policy explains what information GadgiTech ("we", "us") collects when you use incomeutopia.com, the Field Manual library, and related services, and how it is handled.
Purchases. When you buy a product, guide, membership, or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe collects the information needed to process payment (name, email, card details, billing info) under Stripe's privacy policy.
Apparel. Physical apparel is fulfilled by Printify and its print partners, who receive the shipping details needed to make and deliver your order.
Guides & accounts. Free and paid guides are served from our library. If you create an account or subscribe, we store your email and subscription status to give you access.
Basic analytics. We may collect standard, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) to keep the site working and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not store your card details. We do not send your data to advertisers.
The site uses your browser's local storage for functionality (for example, remembering settings). Our private operator area stores its settings only on the operator's own device and never transmits them to us.
Stripe (payments), Printify (apparel fulfillment), Supabase (database/hosting), Vercel (website hosting). Each processes only the data needed to provide its service.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can cancel a subscription at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
Digital guides and downloads are delivered instantly; refund eligibility is handled case by case — contact us if something wasn't as described.
